To Do
In the interest of trying to write more on here, I thought it would be good to write down some ideas, interests, and goals for the upcoming months:
- Get myself a Nikon D200, along with a Nikon 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 G ED-IF AF-S VR DX Zoom-Nikkor Lens
- Learn how to effectively use said purchases, maybe take a class or something
- Not buy anymore books, and read the ones that I do have (which are numerous)
- Post more frequently on here
- Play more racquetball, including tournaments and a trip to Houston for National Singles
- Continue reading The Wall Street Journal and The Economist
- Figure out my living situation for after July 2007
- Start investing more outside of my 401k
- Take a couple trips to random spots for a weekend to visit with friends
I’m sure there are things I’m forgetting that are supposed to be there, and other items that will pop up. Plenty of my time will still be used to hang out with friends, lounge around the house, and do other things that aren’t on the list. But, it’s important to make lists once in a while…writing things down helps make them happen.

Chicago!
Get the D200 Joe! and enjoy it as I am. :)

Canon 30D is a far superior Camera, although it doesn’t have the dust gaskets the D200 has, it has out performed the D200 in almost every dpreview.com test. Not to mention all canon eos lenses are compatible with all cannon eos systems since the beginning of time.
