Go Tigers!

From the start of the season, I knew this going to be an amazing year for the Tigers. I’ve been watching them for most of my life, and it’s been pretty difficult for nearly the past two decades (I’m only 26, so that’s most of my life). My Dad was able to score tickets to last nights ALCS game, and what a great game.

I was also able to get into last weekend’s game when the Tigers won the ALDS against the Yankees. Bonderman had the best game I’ve ever seen him pitch in person, and the bats were going. I actually went to the game by myself, but that’s ok since I sat 29 rows behind home plate!

I can’t wait to get a ticket to the World Series. I’m going to try when they go on sale tomorrow, but that might not be real fruitful. I’m going to one of the World Series games, it’s just a matter of how I get the ticket. Maybe my Dad can come up with tickets again….but I’m not going to hold my breath. Maybe I can score a ticket for him too…..

Through a link on slashdot, a list of 10 business myths. He’s tried to apply them to the startup world for techies/geeks, but I’d say they apply in all sorts of new business ventures. (0) #
