at the behest…
Well…it’s been quite some time since I’ve written anything on here. I mean, look at the last post date. It’s hilarious….anyway.
I’ve recently moved to Royal Oak, and live about a mile north of the bars. It’s pretty nice, especially being able to wander home from the bar without driving. Other randomness includes that it’s close to lots of my friends, and it’s nice to be able to see everyone without driving a half hour.
What else is going on? Currently I’m stuck in Waverly, OH for a client assignment. It’s not that great, considering the restaurants basically consist of fast food restaurants. And the motel we are staying at is an Amerihost, and let me tell you, it’s not a 4-star. In fact, I would have trouble giving it a 1-star. Bed not comfortable, and breakfast is no good.
Last weekend I played at a tournament in Grand Rapids. Didn’t do so great, but played alright. Ended up losing in the semi’s, but that wasn’t a great accomplishment to get there since I only had to win one match. At least I took the semi-final match to a tiebreaker, but didn’t do well in that game. Another tournament in Davison coming up this weekend, so hopefully I’ll have a better result there.
